Congratulating Jody Lambert on 25 Years of Service with Geotech

Today we are celebrating the remarkable 25 year contribution of our own Jody Lambert, who started his career with the Geotech Group of Companies back on April 1st, 2000.

Here are some incredible highlights from his career:

  • Jody established the Vernon office in the early 2000’s managing our services to our existing geotechnical and environmental markets in the Okanagan and southern BC. During that time, Jody identified the growing geothermal market and quickly capitalized on the opportunity, with many high-profile geothermal projects in BC and Alberta.
  • As Vice President, Jody spearheaded our expansion into coal exploration in northern BC; many of the members of the impressive ‘coal army’ he assembled continue to work with Geotech in senior management and other leadership roles.
  • During the 2010’s, Jody accepted the position of President, a role he fully dedicated himself to as the ‘face of Geotech’ for the subsequent decade as he continued to focus on sustainable growth of Geotech in terms of employees, revenue, and breadth of services.
  • Following Geotech joining the Conetec Group at the start of 2024, Jody remains in an executive position, continuing to lead Geotech while facilitating the integration of Geotech into the new organization and the many exciting opportunities that it offers.
