Tailings & Mine Waste 2021 – Success!

The Geotech and Gregg Canada team wants to thank everyone who came out to speak with us at the Tailings and Mine Waste Conference. There were lots of great discussion around tailings, vane testing and the importance of undrained shear strength. Gregg Canada was able to show-off some of their new tooling including their high-speed vane conducts testing at rates between 0.1 and 60 degrees/second – That’s right 60!

With the ability to use in pre-bored holes, and direct push methods using our protective housing, vane shear testing has never been easier or more adaptable to any tailings investigation.
